Water Transfer Printing involves four stages: item preparation, film preparation, item decoration and item finishing.
The first of these stages (sand, prime and base coat,) can be undertaken in advance of the actual decorating but the remaining three stages must be completed as one procedure.
Step 1.
Item is given time to dry.
Step 2.
The chemical activator is applied to the film.
Step 3.
Item is rinsed and dried.
Step 4.
Item is shot with an acrylic finish of choice, (high or low gloss.)
